How do I create an account?

Creating a Sugar&Co account is simple:

  1. Click on the Account icon at the top of the website.
  2. Select Create Account.
  3. Fill in your personal details, including your name, email address, and password.
  4. Click Register to complete the process.
How do I place an order?

To place an order:

  1. Browse our collection and select your desired item.
  2. Choose your preferred colour (if applicable).
  3. Click Add to Cart.
  4. Proceed to checkout.
  5. Enter your shipping details and payment information.
  6. Review your order and click Place Order.

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase is completed.
How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You may also log in to your Sugar&Co account and view your order status under My Orders.
Can I amend my order after the order has been placed?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been confirmed. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately for assistance, and we will do our best to help.
